The WATER Element in Feng Shui

The WATER Element

When we think of water in Feng Shui, we usually think of fountains, ponds, rivers, swimming pools, aquariums, and/or vases of water.

BUT,,,, did you know that WATER is the most powerful element in Feng Shui..?

Think about it for a minute.

 The ENERGY of WATER can:

Put FIRE out
Flood the EARTH
Corrode METAL
AND,
the absence of water can destroy WOOD

Actually, WATER is the most POWERFUL ELEMENT on Earth ‘irrespective’ of
Feng Shui..!

According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158,

“…the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.”

Water – SHUI – is a vital nutrient to every cell in our body, plus:

  • It regulates our internal body temperature by sweating and respiration
  • The carbohydrates and proteins that our bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream
  • It assists in flushing waste – mainly through urination
  • It acts as a shock absorber for the brain, spinal cord, and for a fetus
  • It forms saliva for digestion
  • It lubricates joints

The truth IS that without WATER, there wouldn’t be any you, me, or your favorite pet.

Thus as conscious human beings – we need to have “reverence” for WATER, and do what we can to insure that there is always an ample supply on Earth.
