Like the Monk in the boat – it only takes a few minutes a day to change your perspective on life.

I suggest starting with 5 minutes/day and working your way up to 20 – 30 minutes of silence upon awakening. I like to dedicate the last 10 minutes of my day, meditating (reflecting) on all the things that I am grateful for..

It’s AMAZING that by simply doing this each night– in a space cleared, minimalistic bedroom setting, and sleeping in one of my best Feng Shui directions, how well I sleep and how refreshed and grateful I am for each new day on Earth. 😊
